Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at Bizaccenknnect. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing communications, handling diary management, and utilizing clerical skills to assist in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Job Summary: The Personal Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to an individual or executive. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Prepare travel documents and ensure all arrangements are confirmed.
• Document Management: Draft, review, and proofread documents and correspondence. Organize and maintain files and records in a systematic manner.
• Event Planning: Plan and organize events, meetings, and social gatherings. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and guest lists.
• Personal Tasks: Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed, such as shopping, booking services, and managing household needs.
• Project Management: Support special projects and initiatives, including research, data collection, and report preparation. Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with various office equipment.
• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
