Job Description
In this highly varied role, you will become a trusted and highly valued ‘right hand’ to support the Managing Director across both professional and personal tasks, that go beyond your typical assistant role.
Typical Duties Include
Management of the day to day running of the office.
Diary and email management for the Managing Director – professionally and personally.
Expense and invoice tracking
Administration and record keeping on an Investment portfolio, including several commercial real estate properties.
Act as a liaison with external partners such as Accountants, Lawyers, Investment Advisors, Property Managers etc.
Support the Managing Director with ad hoc personal matters
The team are a small, collaborative and loyal group where you can build a satisfying long-term career as you continue to evolve and support the executive and business for years to come.
To Succeed In This Opportunity, You Will Have
10+ years’ office support experience, including specific experience as a PA / EA supporting busy executives with both professional and personal matters is a must.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the confident ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
A mature attitude with high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
A problem solver with a flexible mentality, where no task is “too big or too small”.
Strong work ethic with a sense of loyalty seeking a stable career.
