Job Summary:
Rent An Attire is seeking an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative duties, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of executives.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and functions.
- Conduct research and compile information for executive projects and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant is preferred.
