Job Title: Personal Assistant & Security Officer (PASO)
Location: Navi Mumbai, CBD Belapur.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹3,00,000 per month (CTC)
Experience Required: Relevant field experience in personal assistance, executive support, or security

Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant & Security Officer (PASO) will serve as a highly trusted executive aide to the President of the Bharatiya Popular Party. This unique dual-role combines the duties of a personal assistant with that of a security officer, requiring a disciplined, alert, and multi-skilled individual who can manage sensitive communications, logistical coordination, and personal security.
Key Responsibilities:1. Personal Assistance
• Manage and coordinate the President’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel
• Handle confidential communications with discretion
• Organize logistics for political rallies, meetings, and events
• Interface with party members, media, and government officials as needed
2. Security & Protection
• Provide 24/7 personal protection to the President
• Monitor surroundings, manage crowds, and prevent unauthorized access
• Conduct venue inspections in advance of all appearances
• Coordinate with local police or security agencies when required
3. Member Registration Oversight
• Supervise member registration during events across locations
• Ensure accurate data collection and digital system entry
• Train and guide volunteers handling registration duties
• Provide regular reports to the President on registration progress
Work Schedule:
• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
