About the Role
We are searching for an experienced Personal Assistant to support DUAL's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Head of CSR & Sustainability based in the Sydney head office. Reporting into and working closely with the Head of Executive & Facilities, this role will lead personal support to the CEO, contribute to professional support in addition to assisting the Head of CSR and Sustainability. This role will see responsibility for:
Personal Support
Managing a detailed personal calendar
Arranging extensive personal travel, including insurance
Overseeing asset management, including cars and insurance
Professional Support
Preparing expense forms
Coordinating business travel arrangements
Creating internal social posts for work anniversaries
Administrative Support to the Head of CSR & Sustainability
Diary Management
Handling general administrative tasks, such as but not limited to note-taking at minutes and project tracking
Reconciling expenses
Assisting with the coordination and execution of national and local office events
