About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and friendly Personal Assistant (PA) to support our CEO in day-to-day professional and personal activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good command of English, and the ability to coordinate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners.
You will act as a bridge between the CEO and various contacts — ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, professional correspondence, and maintaining personal relations with family, friends, and professional associates.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily communication, meetings, and follow-ups for the CEO.
Manage emails, messages, and phone calls efficiently and professionally.
Maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners.
Assist in scheduling, documentation, and report preparation.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Prepare and format documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Support in basic business operations, coordination, and research tasks.
Track and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects assigned by the CEO.
Maintain and assist with the CEO’s personal relations with family, friends, and close associates in a professional and respectful manner.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic understanding of business operations and professional etiquette.
Highly organized, responsible, and trustworthy.
Friendly and approachable personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
