PROKKON Construction Material Company is a 20-year-old manufacturing company located in sector-10 Noida, India. The company specializes in producing electrical products such as retail accessories, modular boxes, UPVC conduits, distribution boards, MCB multipoles ELCBs, copper wires and cables, modular switches and accessories, LED & other fancy lighting fixtures. We operate from our office building in Noida sector-10 and operate 04 factories. Our revenue exceeded INR 44 crore last year from INR 6 crore a decade ago.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Personal Assistant to the Director role. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for diary management, executive administrative assistance, administrative assistance, and must be open to travel within NCR for meetings and followups along with MD / founder.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once, attention to detail and good communication skills.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in Personal Assistance or Executive Administrative Assistance role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Office and internet research skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
• must be open to travel within NCR and pref to have self owned comveyance
