Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. As a Personal Secretary to Director at R P Group, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director of the company. This includes but is not limited to managing the Director's calendar, arranging travel, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports and presentations. You will also be responsible for managing the Director's correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Personal Secretary, or equivalent role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge with MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
