Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. The role is located in Modinagar. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, managing the Director's diary, handling personal assistance tasks, arranging travel, and ensuring effective communication. The role will demand organization, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills
• Diary Management and Travel Arrangements experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
