Do you love being the person who keeps everything (and everyone) on track? We’re looking for a super organised, detail-loving Personal Assistant to support two General Managers in our Group Risk team.
This isn’t your average PA gig, you’ll be right in the thick of it, helping senior leaders deliver on big goals, keeping diaries humming, making meetings run like clockwork, as well as being the calm in the chaos when things get busy. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on variety, enjoys building connections, and secretly gets a buzz from crossing things off a to-do list, this role is made for you.
Position Accountabilities
Day to day, you will be:
Owning the calendar and managing schedules so our GMs can focus on the big stuff.
Turning meetings into action, agendas, minutes, follow-ups.
Being the friendly voice on the phone or the quick reply in the inbox.
Pulling together reports, presentations and updates with your eye on the detail.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to keep information flowing seamlessly.
Stepping in proactively wherever needed, because you love being that reliable go-to person.
What experience you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep cool when plans change. Ideally, you’ll bring:
3–5 years experience supporting General Managers (or similar senior leaders).
Top-notch organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence and build trusted relationships.
A knack for problem-solving and keeping things moving forward.
Comfort with tech (Google Suite skills a bonus but not a deal-breaker).
Above all, a self-starter attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine team-first approach.
