About the Role

We - re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Younger Persons Operations Manager and Clinical Lead. This key role helps ensure our teams deliver high-quality, safe services that align with best practice and meet service needs.

In this position, you'll provide timely and accurate administrative support across the operational area and ensure the smooth flow of information to other Mental Health Addiction and Intellectual Disability (MHAID) services, and take on additional tasks as needed, helping us stay flexible in a fast-changing environment.

You - ll be someone who builds strong working relationships with a range of people and takes pride in creating a positive, professional environment. You - ll play a central role in keeping things running smoothly and supporting others to do their best work.

The salary range for this position is $75,201 - $78,358.

About the Team/Service Location

You will be joining the wider MHAID Service which spans across the Wairarapa and Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley District, with multiple specialist facilities. This role is situated in the Younger Persons Mental Health service, which is made up of a range of clinical professionals who assess, treat and provide ongoing evaluation of children, young people and their whānau. This role also works collaboratively with other EAs/PAs across MHAIDS to ensure there is a consistency of practice across the service.

About you

Essential skills and experience we are looking for:

Proven experience in a senior administrative role - ideally within the health industry

A relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in business administration and a full (clean) drivers licence

The ability to communicate clearly, work with integrity, and retain confidentiality

Advanced IT skills in finance systems, MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio, and calendar management skills.

Demonstrated ability to draft executive reports

Experience with Oracle (FPIM), recruitment process and research and analysis is also preferred but not essential.
