Hourly: $1+.50 - $23.75 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
This compensation range is for the Personal Banker I or II job and contemplates a wide range of factors that are considered in determining most appropriate job level and making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location, skill sets, education, relevant experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $1+.50 to $23.75 per hour
This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals

In this retail banking role, you will develop and maintain long lasting relationships with not only your customers, but with your co-workers and other areas of the business within Commerce
As a Personal Banker, your goal is to uncover the financial needs of each customer and provide them with solutions to address those needs
