The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Northern Beaches team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for representing Beyond Bank Australia’s core values and delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our Customer Ownership Strategy. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers, providing tailored banking solutions, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care, integrity, and community. In addition to delivering outstanding service, you will be focused on achieving individual performance targets that contribute to the overall success of the branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and purpose-driven team in one of Sydney’s most iconic coastal regions.
In the role you will
Provide a local customer owned banking experience to new and existing customers
Proactively connect customer needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through excellent listening skills
Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our customers
Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic
Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions
Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer
Support customers by providing lending solutions, such as personal loans, credit cards and home loans, ensuring customers fully understand Beyond Bank’s product features and benefits, fees, charges, and the overall value these offerings provide
Qualifications

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be joining the Warringah Branch, a group of dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to provide exceptional support to our customers. Whether you are working face-to-face, or over the phone, you will be committed to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience with their banking needs.
