Job Description
Purpose of the Job:
DBS Bank India Limited offers a wide array of financial products like Savings Accounts, Current Account and Salary accounts, Consumer Loan Against Property, Point of Sales, and a host of digital solutions to its customers across 500 plus locations. DBIL Personal Bankers are responsible for creating new client relationships as well as deepening our relationships with existing clients by offering them other financial products. All Sales Officers are assigned specific products and specific geography, wherein they can identify new customers for the given product.
Job Responsibilities:
ü Generate new customer leads for Current Accounts through various channels
ü Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
ü Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services
ü Cross sell assets and fee products
ü Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the bank
ü Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
ü Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
ü Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups made

ü Passionate (must take initiatives and not avoid targets)
ü Ambitious (should have an outlook to grow to the next level within the organization)
ü Extrovert (able to start a conversation with new people easily and be confident in the interaction)
ü Persistent (able to make repeated attempts and bounce back from setbacks, able to try new methods of engagement in case of a setback)
ü Inter-personal skills (when faced with a problem, must be able to identify and seek help from the right people without hesitation. Able to keep commitments made to others and ensure that the task is complete)

Eligibility Criteria:
ü Graduate in any discipline
ü Relevant Sales experience of up to 5 years (Engineers & MBA not eligible)
ü Preferably Less than 26 years of age
