Industry-Banking
Supervising and monitoring branch transactions and sales in order to enhance the value of existing accounts and retention of existing portfolio .
• Assist customers daily in opening and closing accounts, and cross-sell related products such as overdraft protection; refer other sales opportunities such as college financial planning to appropriate personal banker
• Help customers with tasks such as resolving account issues, putting in special account instructions, making wire and telephone transfers, and handling stop payments
• Meet with manager to set and exceed sales goals for a diverse customer base
• Help customers understand what is happening with their money and to feel confident in the banks ability to help
• Take over bank teller duties when needed, maintaining top quality in front-line coverage
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior for customers at all times
