As a Personal Banking Advisor , you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to Westpac and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. This is a full-time, branch-based role and the hours are across and inclusive of Monday to Friday .
What do I need?
Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing / phone-based role with experience of working to targets
Resilience , with an ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations
Comfortable in working towards sales / referral targets and calling customers over the phone
Numerical capability , ideally with proficiency in cash handling and counting, with ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy
An energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping peop le!
The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
