Job Designation : Personal Banker (Outbound for HNI Customers )

Skills Required
Graduate
Good English communication skills with at least one year experience in similar field
Role and Responsibility
Manage a portfolio of HNI customers with an objective
of enhancing and deepening their relationship with the Bank by
regularly contacting the customers on Phone.
Carry out profiling of customers and carry out cross-selling of the
products identified for the customers. Identify opportunities in
the portfolio so as to enhance product penetration and portfolio
quality.
Service customers on their Banking related enquiries.
Handling of inbound calls received from customers enquiring on
their account, product or process related information.
Satisfactorily resolve queries and complaints received from customers.
Timing
General shift pattern starting at +.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Salary Rs. 21,500.00 Gross with decent incentives
