About the role:

As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps our residents live each day with dignity and joy. You'll follow personalised care plans and offer respectful support with:

Personal care and hygiene
Daily living tasks and mobility assistance
Emotional wellbeing and companionship
Creating a warm, inclusive, and positive care environment
What you'll bring

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care – or equivalent
Minimum 6 months experience in an aged care
Willing to work Night Shifts
A genuine passion for aged care and enhancing quality of life
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A respectful, compassionate, and resident-first approach
