What You’ll Do
Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
Assist with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes
Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
Support dignity, independence, and person-centred care
What You’ll Need
Essential:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Understanding of aged care and person-centred practices
A caring, respectful, and reliable approach
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
Previous experience in residential aged care
Ability to speak Italian is a bonus (not essential)
