Personal Chef

We are currently seeking a full time Personal Chef. The ideal candidate should have a knowledge of different cuisines (South Indian, North Indian, Italian etc.) Should be from Bangalore and can speak fluent Tamil. Morning - 3 to 4 hours (depending upon requirement) Evening- 3 to 4 hours (depending upon requirement) We won't be providing any accommodation or food. Responsibilities: Plan and prepare daily meals for the family, taking into account their dietary requirements and preferences Ensure all supplies are stocked and organized Keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times, and maintain proper hygiene. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and utensils before and after meal preparation. Appropriately packaging and labeling prepared meals that are to be consumed later. Providing written or verbal instructions on how to heat meals. Experiment with new recipes and follow written recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Provide occasional cooking services for larger parties and gatherings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Chef. Knowledge of different cuisines, cooking styles and techniques, as well as experience working with a variety of ingredients. Ability to create menus and follow given recipes. Neat and clean personal presentation at all times. Ability to interact with the family and other staff in a professional and friendly manner Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment Ability to work independently, manage time and be flexible with changing schedules Ability to inspect and source ingredients.
