• Duty Timing: 1Ohrs/Daily
• Monthly Salary: Rs 18,000 to 19,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Thousand only).
• Monthly Off: Monthly 02 no’s Off Day will be provided as per schedule, no fixed off day will be provided. If Off Day not taken then will be paid as per the daily rate based on the monthly salary
• Over Time: After completion of 10-hour duty Over Time will be Paid as Rs 80/Hour
• Leave: Yearly maximum Leave of 10days (without pay leave) will be provided, and need to be informed 15days prior. If the leave adjusted against the off day, then no Salary will be deducted
• Yearly Tips: During Durga Puja or Diwali Tips will be provided as per our consideration.
• Yearly Increment: Salary will be reviewed after successful completion of one year based on performance & Increment Percentage will be based on performance & current market condition only
• Outstation Duty: Outstation duty will be as & when required & fooding & lodging will be provided by us

• Notice Period :Your services can be terminated within 30 days’ notice from Employer's side or 30 days from your end.
