Job Description
Seeking a qualified Personal Injury Case Manager to join the dynamic team at Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys, a reputable law firm based in Nevada. We are in search of a driven individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Personal Injury cases to take on the role of Case Manager. Compensation:
$23 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee pre-litigation cases from opening through the demand stage.
Conduct initial case assessments and investigations.
Provide comprehensive support to attorneys and assist in case management.
Communicate effectively with clients, assigned attorneys, and internal team members.
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and demand letters.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and other relevant parties.
Assist attorneys in case strategy.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions.
Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or PI Case Manager.
Knowledge of Nevada legal procedures and regulations.
Knowledge of personal injury law and legal terminology.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
