As the Team Lead, youll guide a talented support team that acts as the escalation and expertise centre for NRMA Personal Lines. Your team assists colleagues with underwriting decisions, system navigation, product knowledge and exception workflows, ensuring they can confidently serve customers.Youll focus on team performance, development, culture and continuous improvement - ensuring any process gaps are identified early and addressed effectively. Youll help embed consistent ways of working across our national operating model. This is a permanent full-time role based in Boorloo (Perth).

Lead, coach and develop a team of subject matter specialists Provide expert guidance on products, systems and processes Drive performance across quality, customer and operational targets Foster a positive, inclusive, high performing culture Build strong relationships with stakeholders and global support partners Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with governance, risk and regulatory requirements
