Job Description
· Work effectively in a school office setting characterized by frequent direct and indirect interruptions caused by unstructured interaction with students / staff/ parent population.
· Maintain the Principal’s professional calendar.
· Demonstrate excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
· Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone manner.
· Able to draft a mail.
· Research, compile and prepare administrative and clerical reports, presentations and documents using MS Word, Power point or Excel.
· Compose routine correspondence.
· Manage Principal’s calendar by making appointments and organizing various meetings as requested.
· Assist with organizing various school functions and events.
· Assist teachers and coordinate maintenance requests with the Principal.
· Assist in all emergency drills or actual events.
· Complete other duties as assigned by the Principal.
