Job Description
The objective of Gro4 is to extend a one-stop solution for the Semi-Urban and Rural Population of India for their buying needs of Agri inputs (Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, and Small Equipment), Pharmacy, Animal Husbandry, FMCG, Fresh and Fruits & Vegetable categories related shopping.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to
· Act as the point of contact between Managing Director and internal/external clients & staff
· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
· Handle requests and queries appropriately
· Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
· Make travel arrangements
· Take dictation and minutes
· Source office supplies
· Produce reports, presentations and briefs
· Devise and maintain office filing system
Requirements
· Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· MS Office and English proficiency
· Outstanding organisational and time management skills
· Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Discretion and confidentiality
· High School degree
· PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
· Additional advantage if experienced in FMCG or F&V or Agriculture sector.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
