Job Description
To deal with the customers by any mode of communication
To understand customers' need of travel and collect the information
To do research and make customize tour package as per requirement of clients
To co-ordinate with tele sales executives and guide them
To co-ordinate and confirm bookings with the suppliers via online and offline mode
To provide constant remotely on going tour support to the customers
To maintain work/calls/inquiry track record and report to the superior / Sales Manager in given format on daily bases in Microsoft excel and on C.R.M. software as well
To train and guide other team members
