Key Responsibilities:
• Training Program Development:
• Develop and design training materials, user guides, and e-learning content tailored to the needs of hospitality professionals.
• Implement a comprehensive training strategy for different user levels (beginner to advanced).
• Create customized training modules to address specific client requirements and industry trends.
• Client Training:
• Lead in-person, virtual, and on-demand training sessions for new clients and existing users.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world scenarios to illustrate best practices for using our software in hospitality operations.
• Ensure clients are effectively onboarded and proficient in using the software to improve their operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Train and mentor an internal team of trainers or customer support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality training.
• Work closely with the product and customer success teams to stay updated on new features, ensuring training content is up-to-date.
• Customer Support and Engagement:
• Serve as a point of contact for clients seeking additional training or support.
