Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Mental Health Care Coordinator. This part-time permanent position involves providing clinical and mental health support for individuals in detention with mental health presentations, including complexity and risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized mental health recovery plans.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated mental health care and treatment.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for detainees.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
Current First Aid & BLS Certification.
A Police Check.
5+ years RN experience prior to joining our team.
Credentialed with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (ACMHN) or minimum qualification of Graduate Diploma Mental Health Nursing.
