Job Description
Green Balance Pest Control is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager with strong door-to-door sales experience to drive growth in the Richmond market. This is a leadership role for someone who isn’t afraid to sell in the field, coach by example, and build a winning sales culture.
You’ll be responsible for increasing revenue, developing sales reps, and expanding our presence through direct sales, referrals, and partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Recruit, lead, coach, and motivate a door-to-door sales team
Set and exceed individual and team sales goals
Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial accounts
Actively generate new business through door-to-door sales, inbound leads, referrals, and partnerships
Train sales reps on pest control services, pricing, and customer communication
Track KPIs, monitor performance, and report results to leadership
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high satisfaction
Stay informed on local market trends, competitors, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Proven door-to-door sales experience (pest control, solar, alarms, roofing, or home services preferred)
Preferred:
Previous sales management or team leadership experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Results-driven, self-motivated leadership style
Ability to lead from the front and sell alongside your team
Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced field environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
