We are a destination for pets and pet parents to cater with expertise for all their needs and wants in the most loving, trustworthy, and honest way across the lifecycle of a pet.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Build and cultivate relationships with pet parent customers of Supertails
2. Be Supertail's voice in proactively reaching out to customers, understanding their problems, and proactively solving them
3. Be a true partner to customers and handhold them through pet parenthood
4. Get involved in offline and online events and community-building activities
5. Coordinate the task management between pet parents with a vet/trainer
6. Solve the pet's needs
What we're looking for:
1. Great communication skills - proficiency in English
2. Must be a pet parent
3. Graduate in any field
