Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops health education programs, prepares materials and follows up.

• Evaluates programs, conducts research and revises curriculum modules.

• Presents lectures and training sessions to groups and individuals.

• Taught physical fitness, health education and sports skills.

• Works with other teachers to plan a balanced physical education program.

• Analyses and demonstrates basic skills of formal sports and body movement.

• Develops lesson plans and supplementary materials.

• Maintains student behavior standards in physical education areas.

• Provides safety instruction and checks equipment and field areas.

• Evaluates student growth and progress.

• Maintains control of school property.

• Evaluates student contribution in team sports.

• Communicates with parents and school counselors.

• Supervises students during assigned working days.

• Models non-discriminatory practices.

Classroom Management:

The bulletin boards must display updated information. Captains for disciplines should be appointed. Children must clean their classroom after break and during the day. Teachers must prepare work plans and give clear instructions when taking leave.

Requirements:

• Age: 25 - 40 Years

• Experience: Min 3 years of teaching experience in senior classes from any reputed school.

• Qualification: Graduate & Post Graduate with Physical Education as Specialization. B.PEd/M.PEd.
