Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jagdalpur for the position of Post-Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics. The PGT Physics will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Physics lessons, preparing teaching materials, and conducting classroom instruction for higher secondary students in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. Other responsibilities include fostering scientific curiosity, creating an encouraging learning environment, assessing students' progress, and guiding them for competitive exams. The teacher will also participate in school events, assist with co-curricular activities, and collaborate with peers for continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
• Comprehensive knowledge in Physics, including Theoretical Physics and Radiation concepts
• Specialized understanding and experience in Physics Education or Medical Physics
• Proven expertise in teaching Physics to higher secondary level students within the CBSE curriculum
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to innovative teaching methodologies and fostering analytical thinking in students
• Master’s degree in Physics or a related field, along with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualifications
• Prior teaching experience is preferred; a passion for mentoring and guiding students is essential
• Proficiency in integrating modern technology and tools to enhance the teaching-learning process
