P&C Academy, located in P&C Academy Beharbari, Guwahati is seeking a Physics Faculty to join our team. As a Physics Faculty, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to (Class XI & XII) CBSE and AHSEC Board students, ensuring they achieve their full potential in the subject.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct classes according to the board syllabus for Physics.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments for students.
• Design and set board pattern question papers for exams, and grade papers.
• Monitor and report on the academic progress of students to the Principal, Academic Coordinator, or Academic Director.
• Maintain classroom discipline and orderliness, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities as required.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote the school's reputation.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification BTECH or BE.
• A Bachelor of Education degree (Preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
• Experience in teaching (Class XI & XII) CBSE and AHSEC Board students in Physics is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹ 18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
