We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Physics Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students to explore and excel in the subject. As a PGT, you will be responsible for teaching high school students (grades 11-12) in a dynamic and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Physics to senior secondary students (grades 11-12) according to the prescribed curriculum.
Develop and implement lesson plans that promote understanding and interest in Physics concepts.
Conduct practical experiments, demonstrations, and use technology to enhance learning.
Assess and monitor student progress through regular tests, assignments, and evaluations.
Provide timely feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement.
Prepare students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, etc. (if applicable).
Maintain a disciplined and conducive learning environment.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary teaching approaches.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics or a related field. A B.Ed. is preferred.
Minimum of [X] years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
Strong understanding of Physics concepts and the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
Experience in teaching competitive exam preparation (optional, but preferred).
