Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of Physics to join our CBSE school's senior secondary division. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Physics, a B.Ed. qualification, and excellent communication skills. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role is preferred.
## Responsibilities
Teaching Physics following the CBSE curriculum.
Preparing detailed lesson plans, notes, and study materials for effective teaching.
Evaluating student performance through regular assessments, quizzes, and exams.
Creating study materials, such as notes, worksheets, and question banks, to support student learning.
Providing counseling and guidance to students on academic, personal, and career-related issues.
Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
Preparing reports on student performance, progress, and other academic matters.
Attending departmental meetings, staff meetings, and other school events as required.
Staying updated on the latest developments in Physics and education, attending workshops, conferences, and training programs.
Supervising student activities, such as projects, presentations, and events, related to Physics.
Contributing to the development and revision of the Physics curriculum, ensuring it meets CBSE standards.
Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to promote interdisciplinary learning and projects.
Staying updated on current educational trends, research, and best practices through professional development activities.

Expertise in teaching Physics to senior secondary students, with the ability to design engaging lesson plans and assessments.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Proficiency in using IT platforms and digital tools to support teaching and learning, including online learning platforms and educational software.
