PGT Psychology Teacher for CBSE School

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of Psychology to join our team at our CBSE school. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Psychology and a proven track record of success in teaching at the Senior Secondary level.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, in both Psychology and Social Science, that align with the CBSE curriculum. They will be expected to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters critical thinking and encourages students to develop a deep understanding of concepts and theories.

In addition to teaching, the candidate will be responsible for assessing student progress, providing feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the overall success of the School. They will also be expected to participate in extracurricular activities, school events and trainings as needed.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for teaching. They must be committed to continuous professional development and dedicated to helping students reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Post-Graduate in Psychology

• B.Ed.(including those who are pursuing)

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Classes XI & XII in a recognized school is preferred. However, exceptional candidates with lesser experience shall also be considered.

Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience. Other liberal perks like Contributory P.F., D.A. as per Central Govt. norms, LTC, Leave Encashment, Free Transport, Gratuity, Free Education to two offspring of confirmed regular teaching staff.
