Oversee the delivery of technical solutions for manufacturing and quality operations of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ensure that technical solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.
Manage and lead a team of technical professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of solutions.
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact the delivery of technical solutions.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management and clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and enhance technical solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with all company and industry standards, regulations, and protocols.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for technical delivery.
Mentor and support the professional development of team members to enhance their technical skills, knowledge, and expertise.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and support the growth of the organization.
