A WHO GMP CERTIFIED MANUFACTURER OF DRUG FORMULATIONS IN EXTERNAL PREPARATION AND ORAL LIQUID FINISHED DOSAGES LOOKING FOR A PHARMA PURCHASE ASSISTANT (PREFERABLY FEMALE) HAVING THE BELOW SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS.
A.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE OF 1 YEAR IN EXTENSIVE EMAIL COMMUNICATION PREFERABLY IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
B.MINIMUM 12TH STANDARD PASS
IN ADDITION TO THAT HANDS-ON, STRONG AND THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF THE BELOW PRIMARY SKILL SETS ARE REQUIRED.
1.DRAFTING EMAILS IN A STRUCTURED MANNER WITH SPECIFICATIONS FOR PLACING PURCHASE RELATED INQUIRIES
2.WRITING ERROR FREE ENGLISH
3.UNDERSTATING RAW MATERIALS AND PACKING MATERIALS SPECIFICATIONS
4.SURFING INTERNET FOR SUPPLIERS WHEN ASKED BY THE MANAGEMENT
5.DOWNLOADING QUOTATIONS AND SAVING THEM IN AN ORGANIZED MANNER
6.CONVERTING FILES INTO PDF
7.KEEPING TRACK OF QUOTATIONS, INVOICES, SAMPLES, DISPATCH DETAILS AND ARTWORK ETC RECEIVED IN EMAIL AND COURIER FROM VENDORS
8.GENERATING PURCHASE ORDERS
+.TAKING INWARD OF GOODS RECEIVED IN ERP
10.MANAGING APPROVED VENDOR FILE
11.MANAGING SAMPLE APPROVED FILE
12.FILING AND MANAGEMENT OF DOCUMENTS
13.EXTRACT DATA AND REPORTS FROM ERP
14.ENSURING DATA INTEGRITY
