Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Representative. The Marketing Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales and marketing, including customer service, sales training, and creating and implementing sales strategies. The role requires working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
1.Customer Outreach: Engaging with potential and existing customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, or virtual presentations.
2. Sales Strategies: Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
3. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong. relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
4. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
5. Sales Reporting: Keeping records of sales activities, tracking leads, and providing regular sales reports to management.
6. Customer Support: Providing post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries or issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Product Feedback: Gathering customer feedback and insights to help improve products or services.
8. Travel: Depending on the industry, market representatives may need to travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
Requirements:
o Confident presence, working with executives both internally and externally.
o Strong track record of working well in cross functional teams.
o Experience producing compelling marketing content for multiple audiences.
o Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Customer service and sales experience
o Ability to create and implement sales strategies
o Sales and marketing experience
o Ability to provide sales training
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business
o Administration, or related field
o Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Excellent eye for detail
Want 2 yr experience.
Location -Dahisar (East)
Salary up to 25k
Time-10am to 7pm
