Role Description
This is a full-time Pharmacy In charge role at Nahar Hospital in Bhinmal. The Pharmacy In charge will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations, overseeing prescriptions, supervising pharmacy technicians, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate compounding of medications on-site.
Qualifications
• Pharmacy, Prescription, and Compounding skills
• Experience working with Pharmacy Technicians
• Strong focus on Customer Service
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Job description
Responsible for counselling the patients / customers on health, reaction of medicines
· Responsible for maintaining good relations with customers/doctors.
· To receive and transcribe prescriptions from customers and advise the
o dosage of medicines to the patients
· Responsible for dispensing drugs pursuant to a prescription issued by the doctor. In case
o the prescribed medicines not available, arrange the same from the in-
o house pharmacies for the honor of 100% prescription. Substitution of
o medicines is to be consulted with the doctor.
· Responsible for checking the received items with regard to quantity, MRP, batch number and
o date of expiry
o before entering into computer.
· Responsible for storing the drugs under proper conditions of refrigeration and security
· Responsible for preparing the bills in the application and collect the cash.
· Responsible for maintaining the record for no stock items and follow-up the same.
· Responsible for ensuring that 100% physical stock is tallied according to category (Tablets,
o Syrups, Injections, Fluids, Ointments, Liquids, Capsules, Powders, Drops,
o Surgicals, Miscellaneous twice a week. Daily rack wise verification of fast
· Responsible for handling all the inbound calls primarily focusing on drug information, patient counseling/education and free home delivery orders. In addition, handle patient queries and issues with respect to drug therapy and drug information.
· Responsible for handling cash in billing counter as and when required.
· Responsible performing all other tasks entrusted by the management from time to time
· Responsible for ensuring shift hand-over and take-over are given before leaving the work area.
· To concentrate on sales and strive to attain the target of the pharmacy.
· Perform any other job assigned by the in-charge as per exigencies of work.
