Job discription:
i. Administer medication to the patient as directed by the doctor.
ii.Ensure complete adherence to the SOP for medicines and consumables on the Mobile Medical Unit.
iii.Keep daily records of medicine and consumables used.
iv.Will increase stock indent when stock level reaches 40% of holding and notify at least 15 days before the requisite date.
v.Ensure that the medicine and consumables stock is correctly and cleanly stored in accordance with the SOP.
vi.On the Mobile Medical Unit, check for and record the expiry date of medicines and consumables.
vii.Proper medical equipment upkeep on the Mobile Medical Unit.
viii.Submit monthly medications stock records to HO by the 25th of the month via the Team Leader/Manager.
Pharmacist is the role.
