Job Description
This is a part-time role working Monday & Friday with the possibility of being converted to full-time.
This role has no direct in-person patient interactions, Phoenix is a mail order pharmacy.
What You'll Do:
Dispensing medication and providing expert advice to patients.
Checking prescriptions and verifying medication interactions.
Counseling patients on medication and health conditions (via phone or email)
Work harmoniously with other interdisciplinary technical teams and support staff.
Requirements
Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
Minimum 1 year Experience in a retail pharmacy.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology and drug interactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong computer skills and affinity for learning computer software.
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency
