Job Title: Pharmacist (Delhi Registration Mandatory)
Reporting To: Assistant Manager Pharmacy
Job Purpose
To manage pharmacy inventory efficiently and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant dispensing of medicines and consumables to various units of Max Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities1. Dispensing of Medicines & Consumables
Dispense medicines and consumables as per indents received from locations in a timely and error-free manner.
2. Inventory Control
Identify and immediately return non-moving, expired, and short-expiry items.
Ensure timely removal of such items from HIS.
Support liquidation of non-moving inventory from the warehouse.
3. Receiving Material & GRN
Receive medicines and OTC products from suppliers.
Generate GRNs and submit bills to the Accounts team.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure strict adherence to pharmacy compliance norms.
Maintain zero expired stock at all times.
Update all statutory and internal documents regularly.
Ensure stock availability and process adherence.
Generate and dispatch required documents such as invoices and e-way bills.
5. Supply Check (Urgent & Auto Indents)
Receive materials from suppliers as per defined criteria.
Conduct inspection as per standard operating procedures.
6. Purchase Requisition & Supply Management
Generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) as required.
Dispense medicines and consumables to units.
Ensure timely availability of medicines and maintain fill rates for urgent and auto indents.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy in dispensing and invoicing.
Timely and accurate communication to units regarding stock availability and delivery timelines.
Active participation in inventory management initiatives.
Participation in departmental training and development programs.
Compliance adherence with zero deviations.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
B. Pharma / D. Pharma
Valid New Delhi Pharmacy Registration (mandatory)
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital pharmacy setup
Pay: ₹2,000.12 - ₹3,000.04 per month
