Full Job Description
Role: Pharmacist – Sales Executive
Working hours: + hours/day
Working Days: 6 Days a week
Role: Full-timeLocation – Powai, Mumbai
Salary – 20k to 23k with additional Incentives up to 50k.
As a pharmacist, you would have the opportunity to work with a team with immense learning opportunities in the emerging field of Telemedicine. Truemeds rewards and recognizes its employees and their contributions towards advising the patients & the company, more than any peer in the e-pharmacy industry.
Job Requirements: Cases will be assigned through the system, where you will be required to call the patients, the pharmacist should be able to read the prescription which are attached with the order.
The pharmacist should build a rapport with the patient & do observation on the medicines which were ordered by the customer
Based on the medicines orders by the patient, you will be required to pitch the substitutes of the same salt & strength for the medicines that they have ordered. All the substitutes which are recommended are doctor-recommended substitutes.
An Integral part of this job will be to explain & convince the customer to take the substitutes & to explain to them on how much they can save on their medicines if they opt for the same.
Must have sound medical knowledge, like the difference between pediatrics & geriatrics or the difference between an SR & PR
Any other relevant clinical responsibilities
Qualifications:1 - A reasonable pharmacist degree is mandatory.
2 - Good communication skills.
3 - Should understand at least two languages. (Hindi, English); Knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
