About the Role
Priceline Pharmacy Cowes is seeking a friendly and reliable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a Full time or Part time basis. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys a retail pharmacy environment and has a genuine interest in health, beauty and customer care.
Immediate start preferable and availability for Tuesday - Saturday work essential. School Holiday and Christmas Break availability is a must.
You will support customers across both pharmacy and beauty, delivering helpful advice, maintaining strong store presentation and contributing to a welcoming community pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting customers with S2/S3 medicines, health and beauty enquiries
Processing transactions and delivering excellent customer service
Maintaining stock levels, merchandising and store presentation
Supporting Priceline promotions and campaigns
Assisting in dispensary with prescription collection
Working closely with pharmacists and team members
Ability to work across a 7 day roster is a must
About You
Experience in retail and customer service
Pharmacy experience beneficial but not essential
Interest in skincare, cosmetics and health products
Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
Reliable, team-oriented and willing to learn
Great attention to detail and an eye for merchandising
Dedicated work ethic
Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously
Willingness to learn and grow with the business
