This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager at Subham chemists in Vishakhapatnam. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Pharmacy Manager will also collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide excellent customer service to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
Qualifications
• Valid Pharmacist license
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical software systems
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Additional certifications or training in pharmacy management is a plus
