Responsibilities:
Directing all questions relating to prescriptions, health matters, or medications
Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
advise customers on the selection, price and use of non-prescription medicines
advise customers on the correct application and storage of medicines
To deal with enquiries from customers both over the counter and over the telephone.
promote goods that are for sale
Requirements:
Dimploma In Pharmacy.
Proven experience assisting in a pharmacy.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Trustworthy.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
