• Recording medical histories while prioritizing confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and directing them to the pharmacist for specialized medical information.
• Verifying and confirming the accuracy of patient information.
• Counting and filling prescriptions, as well as preparing and attaching medication labels.
• Conducting inventory audits and managing the purchasing of supplies and medications.
• Processing patient insurance for seamless transactions.
