Job Description
We are seeking researchers with a Ph.D. in relevant subjects to perform peer reviews for academic journals.
This is a part-time opportunity that can be done remotely, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of research methodologies, ethics, and analytical skills.
• Hold a Doctorate (Ph.D./M.D.) or equivalent advanced degree in the relevant subject area.
• Have published at least 1 paper in SCIE/SSCI/A&HCI journals within the past three years.
• Have published at least 5 papers in SCIE/SSCI/A&HCI journals within the past ten years.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of research principles and ethics within the relevant discipline.
• possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Show strong written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback.
• Be able to adhere to deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Commit to maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.
• Prior experience as a peer reviewer for academic journals is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate novelty and originality of manuscripts.
• Assess study design and methodology.
• Conduct literature reviews.
• Analyse results and conclusions.
• Provide constructive feedback.
• Recommend publication decisions.
