Phone Banking Officer - Noida Location - Leading Bank
Responsibility:
-Client Relationship management end to end- Managing transfers and inbound queries -Attempting to contact potential clients via failure calling- Inbound Calling - Work 24X7 environment
For Girls Shift is Between 7 AM - 8 PM
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills- Good communication skills, both oral and written- Ability to multitask- Must have excellent time management skills- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team- Graduation preferred
Minimum Graduation
Experience - Minimum 1 Year in Call Center , BPO, KPO is mandatory, Banking Experience is advantage .
Location - Noida
Salary - 20k - 25k In-hand depends on the interview of the candidate. For Experience Reliving letter and other documents are needed.
